Our ESP guidelines have been formulated to ensure compliance with industry standards in safety measures and processes - covering employees, property, site supervisors, authorized vendors, equipment handlers and other visitors to our site locations.
Our Environment & Safety Policy works at two levels,
- At Level One – our ESP aims to safeguard and protect project teams at site locations with the necessary health and safety measures - which are in accordance with the norms and procedures followed by the building industry.
- At Level Two – our ESP aims to offer the same level of health and safety assurance to our customers who will eventually occupy their homes in our project offerings. Our initial offering will serve as a template they should follow, once they set up their associations to manage and maintain residential properties.
Regular audit and training programs are also carried out to ensure that our guidelines are being followed by site supervisors and project crews at each location.
